Interpretentions™

You mean I got it wrong???

Every time we speak or take action, it is backed by the intention with which it is originally powered. Unfortunately, when people interact intentions are not always interpreted correctly and commotion ensues

People misunderstand, drag others into their tragedy and create havoc to any possible collaboration.

Employees and leaders see it theatrically played out at all levels of an organization time and time again wishing with great exasperation that the performance will stop. Everyone is familiar with the co-worker who MUST tell at least 10 people before they even consider talking to the source to determine what the intention behind their action actually was.
