As founder of Strategic Sense Inc, with a team of professionals, people often ask me what my job is.  My response?  Put simply:

To take people out of their comfort zones so that passion, innovation and creativity are possible.

I spend most of my time delivering on this promise using various group and one-on-one

• strategies in relationships,
• executive advising,
• consulting and
• training

With the intention one of them will resonate with YOU.  By you, I mean YOU specifically who is reading this now.  Whether it is in our writing, the speaking, meeting with executives or teams, my desire is that the strategies and techniques for positive change, collaboration, and ingenuity will trigger a moment of clarity and movement toward a deeper sense of fulfillment and authenticity.

The office may not be nirvana, but it CAN be collaborative, creative, inventive and have the kind of culture individuals wish to return to on Monday.  We would love to work with you to show you how!

I live in Calgary, AB with my husband and have three grown children. Listed as one of the World’s Top 30 Leadership Gurus for 2010 by Leadership International and a member of the Canadian Society for Training and Development, my mantra is ‘Happy Workplaces Succeed’.

Formerly, a leader of a team of specialists installing control systems world-wide, I’ve worked in Turkey and Egypt enjoying international business with celebrated cultural diversity. I am a speaker, trainer and visionary strategist working with companies and individuals to realize their career, company and business dreams.
